Hey, good job! To be honest, I like the background and the black letters (“UG”, like in your avatar). The two blue dots in your signature are a bit weird though. Try to make them a bit blurred or something. And it’s maybe a bit difficult to read the moving part…

the circle is a bit alphaed now, and on mouse over the circle, the circle pops out at you
