ok, so i am thinking about buying a new laptop. i value the opinions on this forum so i am seeking the advice of the kirupa community.

i have had good luck with the combination of hp and amd, that is what i work on at home. i am looking to use it for photoshop, illustrator, flash, light after effects, and basic everyday use.
any comments or suggestions for alternatives are welcome, but i want to try to keep it in this price range.
