New to CSS... Issue w/ Firefox

I am relatively new to CSS, but I wanted to experiment with it. I created the site layout at: http://www.jlcreations.com , and it works find in Firefox until the text becomes longer than the height of the browser. An example is: http://www.jlcreations.com/tutorials/actionscript.php … The CSS file can be found at: http://www.jlcreations.com/styles.css . Any help with this would be much appreciated.
