New to Flash; help with slideshow please

I’ve been to about 5 different forums, and no one offers any help. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me with this.

I am trying to do the following with this slideshow. I’ve already figured out how to make the main images load on thumbnail rollover, but I can’t figure out the rest.

Here’s what I’d like to do:

  1. Resize to 600x300. Everytime I try to do this, the entire schema gets messed up, and I can’t figure out how to resize it without that happening.
  2. I’d like each image/thumbnail to autoscroll with a set interval that I can adjust, and I’d like it to loop without ending. Also, if I do this, will it keep the rollover behavior speeds?
  3. I’d like each image/thumbnail to be able to be hyperlinked via the XML file.
