Hello everyone, I’m relatively new to programming and I need your help. I am trying to learn Visual Basic but don’t quite understand the track bar tool. Here is what I am trying to do.
I am using the trackbar tool, I would like to make the picture smaller by adding a scroll handle. I’m also using the picturebox with my picture.The values has been set.
I’ve got everything laid out but have no clue about the coding. Please help, Thanks in advance!
