News Flasher for F5

Hi guyz, I need a news flasher as shown here - http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/newsflasher.asp

But i need something similar for use with Flash 5 as i have not got MX yet

Well this all depends on what you want…I can make it do pretty much exactly what the extension does for you but it would take a long time to get the animations, speeds, and brake down. But I could make you a simple one today and send it back to you it will work pretty much exactly like the one from notake’s tutorial except without all the options that MX gives you with their components but I’ll make sure to comment it so you know what to do!

Thanks Dan, well all I need is to have the same sort of scrolling text that I can edit from a .txt file. I don’t need url’s or any thing like that just plain simple text I can change.
