im working on a tutrial called News Flasher
that says:

The second step i dnt get :s

i component is a pre-made MC. like a scroll bar. where you dont have to code any AS for scrolling action. simply drag the scroll bar component on top of a dynamic text field. to access your component menu go
window -> dev panels -> components
