Nike Players Roster Menu?

Does anyone have an idea how to make the players roster menu (under plaers --> the family) on the nike site.

do you mean the thumbnails of the players i was able to do that with the xml menu provided from a poster at this forum but it take some time to load because i am resizing the picture to the thumbnail size.

the one i am asking for is how to do the onpress pop menu do i load an external swf or what the thing is that i am using createEmptyMovieclip to form the thumbnail menu and i am afraid that loading an externa movie on the root will mess up the depth of the whole movie.

any suggestions
