nLite - Unattended Windows Installs

I found a cool program that automates the process of creating a bootable ISO image of your Windows XP installation: http://nuhi.msfn.org/nlite.html

Best of all, you can integrate drivers, remove stuff from the installation that you don’t use (calculator, MSN explorer, etc.), and more.

I used the above program to create a bootable version of the XP installation with SP2 integrated into it using Paul Thurott’s Slipstream guide. After my format + install (which took about 40 mins total), I had a fresh test/torture PC that had the latest graphics drivers, sound drivers, service packs, and hotfixes, all installed automatically! Best of all, I didn’t do anything besides putting the CD in the drive and restarting.

This program is also free with great support at the MSFN.org forums.
