Actually no it is not up… they are being jerks for some reason. Might switch hosts. I threw my footer up on Eilsoes server for the time being since he gave me space a while back for some php stuff.

Might switch hosts. If it took more then a day to get back online I would have swtiched hosts that day. I think more then 1 day is less then 99.9% up time.

I would switch.

Well this is the first time it has been down without them notifying me beforehand. The only other time it has been down was once before, and they let me know they were moving the server and it would be down for a day or two.
