I made this website: tantoprecords.com and i figured if i just made it longer than the screen can see, a scroll bar in the web browser would automatically appear, but it didn’t. i suspect it’s something in the exporting to html process. can you help me out?
also, i used the newgrounds preloader, but it still wont show up until the thing is 75% loaded. can anybody explain why that is happening?
