how do you make it so your domain only works with http://domain and not with http://www.domain?
just make it work with both… like mine… and anyone else who is cool.
It works with both, the www. simply redirects to the main domain.
The www.domain.com method is not semantic, because 1) it is actually a subdomain and 2) it’s a duplicate of your content. This results in the search engine searching twice for your content, usually weighing both down in terms of relevance. And your page rank is divided by half.
Yeah, but www.google.com sure looks a lot better than http://google.com
