Noob animation question

hi guys, hope someone can help! i have a graphic title that drops from the top of the stage and i want it to move to the left by 150 pixels once it has dropped. all the tutorials i have found only show how to make a mc move continuously accross the stage. how do i make it stop? any links to tuts i’ve missed or any help u can give is much appreciated. btw i need to do this in action script 2 not with motion tweening. thx…
