I’ve been trying to make a webpage with flash. Everything has been smooth until i got to making a button. I wanted to make a menu that droped down and had a button on it that said close. I thought the best way to approach this is to stop playing the movie when the menu dropped down and when the user pressed close it continuue playing the movie. please tell me if there is a better way to do this
How i made the button:
using text I entered a text called close. I turned it into a component, type button. Then in the action spript i wrote:
play();
–didn’t work
I’ve been testing it out a little.
never got it to work.
