Hi all,
I have done searches for this and keep coming up with references to the “infinite menu effect” which deal with a cycling menu. I am looking for a method of creating a menu that I can continually add links to.
For the site I am building I will be adding a new link each week to a scrollable menu OR a drop down menu. I find adding a button to a scroll menu manually a little tedious and I am sure there is an easier way to keep expanding my menu each week.
For an example of what I am talking about you can visit
http://www.thisislondonclub.com/index2.asp and check out the pictures section and see how the menu works. This is currently worked in dhtml and I am reworking that page in total flash. Does anyone have any ideas what i could do please?

From what I saw you should be able to (in flash) is create an text file with all the variables in, like the link text, position, link etc - that way you would only have to edit the text file in order to make a new link, and that could be made dynamically with php (dont ask how though :beam:)
THen tell flash to creat a drop down list using the variables from the text file along with the links etc…
:edit: sorry i read the link posted previously and it actually tells everything i tried to mention; be sure to look at it !
