Now this is frustrating

I just worked on a flash movie so to speak where i have a song playing in it, and i edit stuff to the timeline as when it gets to certain points. I keep going to control and play and everything is EXACTLY on, so when i upload it or do a control test movie, everything goes WAY behind the music, like its not even in the same sentance of the song…anyone have this problem and figured it out???
