Number closest to 0

I want to see if there are any good mathematitions out there. This battle is to create the number closest to zero (or formula that creates the number closest to zero).

rules:

infinity is allowed as part of the formula. you can use as many infinities as you please
don’t multiply by a decimal just to make the number closer to zero.
0 cannot be used
two fraction limit (fractional indicies count).
No identical indices
no indices on indices
any format. You can use a programming to create the formula only one loop if you do though
Be prepared to explain if someone doesn’t quite get it.
