when Centerpoint is activated, it creates a field around the system that won’t allow ships to go to lightspeed. Also, it can fire a wave type of thing that can take out any ship, and cause a star to go nuclear…
I read about it in the New Jedi Order series…

its in the Corellian system
the repulsor dragged two planets, Talus and…some other planet, i can’t remember the name… to orbit around it…its this huge space station

it says that Talus and Tralus orbit around it, but the pictures won’t load, and it doesn’t say much about Centerpoint, but its a start…gonna go back and look for more
