I’ve been away from Flash for a while (2 years), so I’m trying to catch up.
I like the navigation menu on this site:

If someone could explain how to do this or point me to a tutorial, that would be great.
I spent the better part of the day trying to figure out how to do this by taking apart the actionscript from similar menus. But no luck.
A lot has changed it 2 years!
