hi guys and gals,
I saw a site that was featured on the site of the week, the site is www.fulek.com/fulek.html. Ok here it goes, when you click the pictures, on the botom it will load thumbnails as a button. When you mouse over it there is an outline (box) following the mouse. I’d like to know on how to do that so I can apply it to my site. it will give a nice effect.
and another thing if i’m not asking too much. 
if you mouse over it, there is this screen tip that follows the mouse.
anyone can help me will get a big kiss and hug from me.
