i need help with a chat room. ive followed many chatroom tutorials.

i can detect the chat on my computer, i suppose thats due to the software like nowcentral and foxserver lite…etc…etc…
but getting these things online is the problem.
im yet to figure out how to make a chatroom online.
if you have experience, please make a tutorial explaiing step by step how to get a chatroom working on soemthing like “freewebs.com”. or some ones internet site
this is more of a tutorial request, but i dont know where else to post it.
