I basically have to create a User’s Guide on how to update a portion of our website. The manual will be quite lengthy since updating the website is a tedious process. Initially I was thinking of just creating a Word document but then thought that I would want to make the instructions available online. What are other more up-to-date ways to distribute this online? Is creating a wiki a good idea (such as http://pbwiki.com/business.wiki)? A blog wouldn’t be necessary nor fitting. What other technologies can I use? Any (creative) ideas would be helpful. Also if anyone can provide online or working samples, that would be helpful too!
