Using Dreamweaver (CS3, if that makes a difference) I used the Open Browser Window behavior to make some links open new browser windows (duh). But I discovered that the cursor remains as the arrow pointer rather than changing to the finger when I mouse over the links.
How do I make the cursor change to the finger? Dreamweaver help was no help, I couldn’t go online because my modem is dead, and trying to apply what I know of Actionscript to the javascript didn’t do me any good.
