Opening site in a new window

I have a simple problem. I want to have an intro page with an enter button that would then open my main site in a second window. I’m sure it’s relatively simple I just can’t find out how. If you can help or steer me towards a tutorial that can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
