Well it’s still a bit rough around the edges of the girl, your cropping job wasn’t too clean. You should feather the edges to smooth it out.

Cropping means the way you cut the image of the girl, it’s sloppy around the edges.
i use the the easer tool to cut the image, should i use something else
Try using the pen tool, use it to trace out the girl and then right click and choose “make selection.” Once you have the selection, just hit Crtl X and it will cut the girl out of the image.
