Overlapping linkage names of 2 swf's

I have a Linkage problem where in one movie, I have a movieclip with a Linkage name “Box”. And in another movie with a movieclip Linkage’d “Box”.
When I load the other movie into another, the loaded movie uses the “Box” movieclip of it’s parent.
I tried just changing the names, and it works fine, but I was just wondering there was a way to prevent this without changing the names?

i don’t have access to Flash right now, and I have no luck searching the online docs…
care to elaborate?
