I want to create a template where I can change images and text easily and quickly. This is the example I like on mtv:

Any tutorials on creating something similar where text and images can be updated from xml or txt file easily since there will be many artists I have to create pages for ??
help would be appreciated ! also, can this be done in flash mx or just flash 8 ?
