Pay contest?

I have a quick question, what’s the policy on contests with cash prizes here? I/(the company I work for) am thinking about offering a cash reward for some identity work. We’re talking about the $100-$150 range here. Just wondering if that sort of thing is condoned, or if there is a forum that might be better suited to this.
