.pcx files and flash

ermm they just dont mix do they :m: :frowning:

cos im trying my hand at sprite animationa and ive got lost of sprites but there all .pcx files any way i can get flash to read them or convert them to .gifs or .jpgs?

ive tryed searching for a convertor but no luck :S

any ideas ppl???
