I’m looking to create a dissolve effect using hundreds of small circles to hide the content I have onscreen. I’ve tried sequentially creating and attaching movieclips of a circle, but the performance hit is pretty severe once there are more than a hundred or so onscreen. Could anyone suggest a different approach to creating this dissolve effect? I’m happy to do the research on my own, a simple point in the right direction would be great!
