Photo Gallery Using XML and Flash: Auto Run

Please excuse me if this has been answered elsewhere…

The Photo Gallery using XML tutorial is top-notch and was a great way to learn some XML integration as well! I would like to give the user the choice of using the left and right arrow keys, or just let it run automatically. To extend that further, a user-selected interval time would be cool. Anyone know how to do this? Has this been answered in another thread? I did see info on automating the first photo gallery tutorial, but wasn’t sure how to extend that to this tutorial.

One added bonus of searching the forums for answers to this question was the wealth of information I picked up along the way :slight_smile:

we are on this together then. I want more than 10 pics with little info on each one of them. I dont know anything about XML and sure thing i am a novice when it comes to AS, but i will be giving a try, cause I really need it.

OMG this is really getting to me. It won’t work! I have no idea what i’m doing wrong, I’ve tried all sorts of things and this is where I’m at, I keep getting an error saying it is unable to locate the URL. It’s in the SAME folder/spot for *@#% sake. :scream: I deleted the code for the preloader and the key.addListener AS.
