Photogallery + Loader Bar

I am a newbie to Flash and have created two flash 2004 documents from great tutorials.

  1. Photogallery Tutorial from this site

  2. Loader Tutorial on this site, the first one.
    http://www.flash-mx.com/flash/progressbar.cfm

I then run the loader flash file and it brings up the loader status and then a window which is the color of the background of my photogallery movie clip, but no photos show up. Even the fading is there, it just doesn’t show any photos.

Any suggestions?
