since PAST 3 DAYS WHENEVER I OPNE PS IT JUST QUITS WITH OUT ANY ERROE MESSAGE. I RE-INSTALLED ps7 SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO USE . HELP ME!!

Someone might have an answer for you… but incase you don’t get one, you might want to contact Adobe and let them know what’s going on.
If it doesn’t have an error message I’d be checking your PC for memory problems. Try running task manager in the background and see what your memory is doing.
It doesn’t sound like a problem with the application. I’d run diagnostics on your PC as well… some viruses can terminate processes other than windows services.
temporarily remove any plug-in you installed after PS… sometimes they crash PS.
and you might have done this already but, if not… restart your computer? :-/
I’ve heard of other people having this problem, unfortunately none of them told me the solution…
I’m sure someone posted a similar thread a while ago, try searching the forum for adobe problems.
and really, this is more of a Flash and design forum. Might help to go to a PS-specifc forum (and/or adobe forums) 
If you are not gettting an error message. I am willing to bet you are either running out of memory, dont have enough memory, or have a bad stick of memory. But normally when there is no error it is usually attributed to the computer. Check your fans on the cpu also. Also try contacting adobe or posting in their forum. But if I spent 500 bucks+ I would be on the phone with these people.
Try removing your system paging file and defragmenting your harddrive, then reintroduce the paging file. Do a full scan for virus and ad-aware’s. Make sure your disk is not too full.
It definetely sounds like a system error and not the adobe software if a reinstall will not fix it.
