Php app storing password in db

Hi, I’ve taken over an old web app that I’m updating. I’m looking at the database in myAdmin and passwords are stored like this e.g. e10adc3949ba59abbe56e057f20f883e

I need to be able to see the actual password so that I can test admin functions.
