Had a question since I know nothing of PHP BB Nuke. A local wakeboarding site uses PHP bb for their forums and the Nuke platform for the whole site.
Can they easily implement themes with out having to recode the site? They stated that " Every theme you put on here has to be rebuilt just like a new web site." I use VBulletin for my forums and I can easily change the styles but what they said doesn’t seem to make any sense and wanted to ask some of you all.
