PHP Contact Form

Hi, I don’t know anything about php, and I’d like to create a submit form on my website. I follow the instruction of the article PHP contact form (http://www.kirupa.com/web/php_contact_form.htm), it didn’t work. The problem is: when clicked submit, the 2nd page (mailer.php) would show up, but I don’t get email. I thought I did something wrong in the code, so I just downloaded the file provided in that article and put them into my server, still doesn’t work. I can go to the mailer.php, but still cannot get the email of the form information. Is anything to do with my server? or anything to do with my email? (I am using yahoo)? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
