I have successfully created and customized the php form following Kirupa’s tutorial: http://www.kirupa.com/developer/actionscript/flash_php_email.htm
However, I want to add more php elements to the form.
Currently I have:
Name
Email
Comments
I’d like to add:
Address
City
Zip
State
Phone
Fax
Can someone help me code the php? I have no knowledge of php, just used the php syntax that was provided with the above tutorial. I will attach the php file.
