PHP/Flash Mail Form Problem

I just Have a simple php/flash mail form question.

So here is my php Script:

$headers .= “<” . $_POST[“email”] .”>

$headers .= "Reply-To: " . $_POST[“email”];

$headers = "Telephone: " . $_POST[“telephone”];
$headers = "Company: " . $_POST[“company”];
$message = $_POST[“message”];

mail($sendTo, $subject, $message, $headers);
?>

And here are my variable names:
-name
-email
-title
-telephone
-company
-message

When you press the button to send the actions are:

on (release) {
form.loadVariables(“email.php”, “POST”);
}

And the Movieclip forma actions are:
onClipEvent(data){
_root.nextFrame();
}

Now I am almost 100% sure that it has to do with the php, because that is what i am the worst at, any help at all would be appreciated.
