Hi,
I am looking for a way to set up an online form that will be emailed to different people depending on which boxes are checked off in the email form. On our website we have brides registering and they check off the services in which they still need like caterer, florist, photographer, etc. I want a copy of the form sent to me, but I also want the form to be sent to the our contacts that we have for caterers or florists or photographers, but only if their box is check off. Is this possible and where would I start?
