ok so I wanted to do a php include and include a php file that would be a navigation element that is 700W by 20H tall and then insert it in to a table on the main page
Here is what I get

and that is the normal page, I use the same thing for the footer, and it seems to be ok. One thing i notice is that when I load the php file it is always 50 pixels from the left, how can I get this thing to be snug up to the top left corner of the screen

I’d also like to get rid of the spacing between the links and the bar below them so they are right on top of one another.
