I have limited php and MySQL skills.
I would like to form a partnership with one or more people to build a web app using php and MySQL.
It involves betting into the Australian racing industry through either SuperTAB or Betfair or both.
The system will produce approx 10% return on the betting bank each week.
I want to produce an automated system for my own use and possibly to sell subscriptions to clients.
I currently use this system through an excel doc but it is manually operated.
The system would obviously be available to anyone that participates in the construction.
Anyone interested?
