PHP not loading next script

Hiya. Hopefully you lot can help me out here.

I’ve got a script which creates hosting accounts in WHM automatically, and also creates a user in its own little database so it can contact them and whatnot. The script which creates the account in WHM works fine, and the account is created in minutes, however, it is then supposed to load a second PHP script to create the separate account, however instead of loading the script it asks if i want to download it, or that there is just an error?? What’s going wrong?? Thanks…

The script it is supposed to be loading is create.php
