Php pages not displaying -http 500

I just update php 5.1.4 to php 5.2.2 (windows installer) http://www.php.net/downloads.php

I use dreamweaver, IIS 6 (on Windows)

Whenever I am testing the php page I get:
HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

Anyone with this problem or has a solution?
