[PHP] problem sending vars from Flash

hey there, i have a mail php script that i used and im trying to apply it to another project. everything is the same except the name of the php file (instead of mailform, its named ‘emailform.php’). I checked both files and when i upload to the server to test, i dont get any confirmation, email, nothing. here is my php script:
