So I have a client (an ex coworker) looking to build a content management tool for his companies website. Right now I am basically building a quote and time frame for them. I need 1 or 2 people to work on this project with me.

Extensive knowledge in PHP/SQL
Extensice knowledge in Database structure
Desired:

CSS
Pay range is roughly between $25 - $35 /hr based on experience.
