Pixel image problem

Hello everyone, at the moment I’m making my portfolio site and use a pixel image I made in Photoshop then made a PNG of to keep transparancy on it. Then I imported the image in flash and it stays great, but as some I convert it to a movieclip it doesn’t stay the same. please take a look at the pics, and hope someone can help me with this anoying prob.
