What program do you use to make your pixel people? I used mspaint, that works ok. I used Fireworks MX but the file size was like 27kb for a little pixel dude…

There could be 3 things you didn’t do
1.) Hit Ctrl+Alt+T to trim off the edges
2.) Set it as a GIF
3.) Lower the # of colors.

i use photoshop. :beam:

This one should be around 350bytes. Fireworks only gives me an option of PNG. I had to preview it in internet explorer and right click and save the image to make it a GIF and smaller file size…weird…

why didnt you export to gif?

I moved to a new house and then got screwd wating for my ISP t oget the internet hooked up. Then I was gone fishing up north so i’m just now getting caught up.
