use anything that is most comfortable to you for as long as u follow the rules in makin’ ur “pixel thing”, that is, transparency, size, etc.

lol, ive looked up to page 9 and i still cant find it!
use MicroAngelo (icon creating software) or MS Paint EVEN
i’ve done mine in Paint and added transparency in PS…
