Playing MPEG, AVI During Runtime

I am having [COLOR=DarkRed]Flash MX 2004 Pro [/COLOR] and want to play certain avi, mpeg and other types of movie files during runtime.

Is there any examples or ways to do this using [COLOR=DarkGreen]Media Component[/COLOR]??

Please help me.
