PLEASE HELP! Loading movies

I am in desperate need of help. I have this project that I cannot seem to get to work smoothly. I have a main movie that loads many other movies. When I view it on my side, it plays ok. But online, its very slow. I need to load all the movies ahead of time so when it comes time for it to be played, it goes smoother. Ive searched everywhere but the ones I have found either I cant figure out how to implement into my project or I just cant understand it. Can somebody please give me the simplest way to do this preferably in AS 2.0. Thanks so much in advance! Please help!
